You could say this article and this article about Sesame Street's new social media site for 4 to 7 year olds explains why a lot of corporate types today who don't get, or refuse to get, social media are in for a career visit from the Big Bird.
Those items are about a new site — sponsored or funded it seems by Merrill Lynch (there's a clue) — called Panwapa. Here's the site.
Imagine how fascinating those static websites and unidirectional press releases are going to be to these kids when they begin their careers.
